I'm guessing the B7 weighs less than 1lb (haven't looked it up, but jeez, it's aluminum!). Weight: my Casino still weighs less than my semi hollows w/o a B7. You do what you want, but on these guitars, this is a non-reversable modification. Something else, if you decide to go ahead then at least mount a usa model and not the licenced overseas unit. They are a more mature sounding unit and not suitable to dive bombing crazyness. Fender is a far better, and more useable system for tremelo effectiveness.īigsby units also take more time and, hassle to string up if your not use to it.
